Name: Zidane Tribal Origin: Final Fantasy IX Status: Complete Zidane is a young actor and thief. In the beginning, he and his comrades plan to kidnap Garnet, the Princess of Alexandria... who, worried for her mother, had already chosen to escape her castle! Together, they search the world of Gaia for the sources of potential chaos and destruction... History: Velvet pants are the must-do... Why on Earth do many people take out-of-the-shop denim jeans for Zidane's pants? They're easy to do if you take a jogging pants pattern. As for the vest, my mother designed the pattern from another leather vest without sleeves and used the green fabric on it, then put a zip on the front side, hidden by the lace. The belts were made with leather-like. As for the tail, we took some polar fabric stuffed with cotton and held with some wire at the centre. The problem is that the tail has this nasty tendency to rub the ground due to its own weight, a problem fixed for Epita2004 with an idea I put to execution: adding more fishing wire to hold the extremity of the tail to the back in order to lift it off the ground. It worked all fine, until it broke. Oh well... Other than that, I bought the blonde wig during my stay in the USA in Summer'03. The daggers were crafted by my father from a design I submitted him after studying with a minute attention the FMV where Garnet/Dagger cuts her hair. Take some wood, a metal piece for the hilt and mini-soccer balls for the handles and there you are. Oh, don't forget the silver spray paint!
